At LB Graphic Designs, we believe in transparency and clarity in our services. Our Terms and Conditions outline important information regarding the use of our services, ensuring you are fully informed of your rights and obligations. This page serves to establish a clear understanding between you and our business, fostering trust and confidence in our graphic design offerings.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with LB Graphic Designs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including but not limited to logo design, business branding, and marketing materials. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Ownership
You, the client, have ownership of the final logo design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business.
LB Graphic Designs retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also permits LB Graphic Designs to use the client’s name and/or website address for testimonial purposes on their website or other business-related media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design and/or seek a trademark.
Client Responsibilities and Communication
As our client, we encourage open and prompt communication throughout the design process. You are expected to provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Any delays in your response may impact the project timeline. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights. LB Graphic Designs takes pride in delivering high-quality, unique designs; thus, we may request your consent for the use of your completed project in our portfolio or for promotional purposes.

Printing and Digital Downloads
I now offer a printing service on a selection of my designs. this includes proof printing for our third party company.
Printing prices will vary on the type of design printed and quantity needed and there will be an extra charge for delivery/postage.
Any digital download purchases will be emailed almost immediately after proof of payment.
If you are sending designs for me to print on your behalf, please can you ensure files are flattened and colours are based on CMYK. This will save any problems trying to adjust colours afterwards, which can be quite difficult.
Prices
I now offer a price list, please note, my prices are based on the type of design and detailing. My prices also includes a small fee which covers my software premium.
If there is a product you are wanting designing but cannot see it advertised or on my price list, please send me a message and I am sure I’ll be able to work something out for you!
Payment
Every order is now sent with an invoice, to which payment is expected in full within 24 hours on selected designs. Works will only be carried out upon receiving full payment on selected designs.
If you are in need of a project, we will have a starting price, which will fluctuate dependent on how long the project takes. You will be invoiced for order confirmation, which will be 20% of the starting price. Additional costs will be invoiced upon completion and the finalised product will not be sent until we have received payment in full.
If you need more time to pay, please let me know and I am sure we can work around this.
Drafts, progress pictures and finalised files will be sent via email.
